One clear place for fat bikes in Vietnam. Nothing more, nothing less.
Ninh Binh has limestone karsts, village lanes, rice fields and sandy riverbanks. We live and work here, and every year we see more fat bikes on the road: folding e-bikes on the commute, 26-inch bikes heading into the hills, rental bikes under tourists.
Buying one is a different story. Bikes are scattered across Facebook, Shopee and a handful of small shops. There is nowhere to compare properly. For foreigners who cannot read Vietnamese it is close to impossible.
Fatbike.vn fills that gap. Customers find bikes, shops find customers.
We are not a shop
We hold no stock and do not sell bikes ourselves. We build the site, bring the customers, handle ordering and payment, and answer questions in English and Vietnamese. Partner shops deliver the bikes, handle warranty and look after the customer. Everyone does what they are good at.
The team behind it
A small team in Ninh Binh that has been building websites and ordering systems for years, for businesses in Vietnam and Europe: tour booking, restaurant reservations, appointment systems, online shops. Fat bikes are a product we like, in a market that still lacks one clear place to buy.
