Who we are
Fatbike.vn is built in Ninh Binh by a small team that makes websites and ordering systems for businesses in Vietnam and Europe. We run more than 20 sites today, including several that sell tours and services to foreign visitors in Ninh Binh.
Fat bikes are the next step: a product we like, in a market that still lacks one clear place to buy.

Do I have to sell exclusively through fatbike.vn?
No. Keep selling in your shop, on Shopee, Facebook or anywhere else. Fatbike.vn is one more source of customers.
What if a customer cancels or returns a bike?
Handled according to the policy we agree with you, matching your own shop policy. We never promise customers anything on your behalf.
Who issues the invoice and handles warranty?
The shop that delivers the bike handles warranty, as with a direct sale. How invoicing works is settled in the partner agreement.
When can we start?
Now. We are choosing our first partners. Early partners get priority placement and a say in how the platform works.
